Chinese food!

I almost forgot one of the best things about my birthday...Chinese food! I got to pick where I wanted to eat and of course, hands down, it was Asiana Chinese buffet! I love that stuff! My favorites are the orange chicken, "sesame street" chicken and noodles! Oh and lemonade to drink!

5 years old!

For my 5th birthday I ordered up ribs for dinner! Dad was more than happy to head out into the snow to BBQ for me!

Time for presents! This was the year of puzzles for me.

I love the battery operated Thomas toothbrush...not so sure about the girly toothpaste! In mom's defense it was "bubble gum" flavored and that is my favorite, just not digging the princess' on the tube!

Snow much fun!

This has turned into quite a winter! Here are some pictures of me, Ezekiel and Pa sledding on what's left of our Christmas snow.

Christmas with Ma and Pa

Christmas with Ma and Pa was fun even though they were a day later than expected. We got a foot of snow so their flight was cancelled. But once they got here it was nonstop playing!
We had to help Micah open his gifts...and play with them too!

As soon as we got done opening presents it started snowing! Thank goodness Nana and Pop stayed the night with us because we got a foot of snow and were snowed in for 2 days!

A few weeks ago my mom had a meeting at my school and my teacher talked about the importance of meaningful holiday traditions. Here's one we especially love! Mom and Micah weren't up for it this year but us big boys had a blast!

On Christmas Eve eve, we got new jammies and Papa came over in the morning to celebrate with us.


Then on Christmas Eve we got more new jammies! They might have fit Ezekiel a bit better than me but mom couldn't resist buying them when she found the same ones in Micah's size!
