Cousins!

On our first full day in Washington we went to visit some of our cousins on Mom's side of the family. They had a huge yard where I got to play with all the kids and had so much fun! Before we got there I told my mom I didn't want to go but by the end of the day I told her I didn't want to leave!
Elle pulling me in the wagon.
Mariah pushing me in the jeep.
Now Judah is pushing.
My GREAT Aunt Nancy and Uncle Phil! We miss you!

Cherry picker!

Ma and Pa's neighbor friend has a cherry tree in her yard and the past two summers I've gotten to pick them! Unfortunately these aren't the eating-off-the-tree kind, they're the put-in-a-pie-with-lots-of-sugar kind! My favorite part was using the cherry pitter and popping out the pits with Ma!

Atlanta Children's Museum

Before going to see Ma and Pa, we spent a couple days visiting Rob and Con in Georgia! We had big plans to see the Aquarium in Atlanta but when we got there the line was so long it would have taken us an hour just to get in so we decided to check out the Children's Museum instead and boy was it fun! Here are just a few pictures of this really cool place!

Picnic

I love going to the Biltmore House! My favorite thing to do is ride the shuttle bus from the parking lot to the house but this day we packed a picnic and played in the beautiful green grass! Ezekiel and I had lots of fun running around and now I'm going to expect a picnic every time!

Father's Day

My daddy was gone to a basketball camp most of the day on Father's day but that gave me and Mommy lots of time to prep! We gave him a cool tunnel to go with our Thomas collection, some books, a new wallet and a shirt and tie! Then Papa came over and we all rode bikes outside while Daddy cooked up some steaks! My Daddy is the best!

Photo shoot

I've got lots of catching up to do so I'm back-tracking a bit here. Mom tried to get me and Ezekiel to pose for a nice father's day picture but it didn't quite work out how she'd planned so I decided to do my own photo shoot with some of my babies!

Arthur's World

Last time it was Curious George, now Arthur is visiting our Science Museum! My favorite part was the library where I could pretend to check out books. I spent most of my time there reading every single Arthur book. Then I ran around to get my picture taken with all the characters before the museum closed. Thanks for getting us a membership Ma and Pa, I love to go there!

Summer fun!

Summers are so much fun! Last week I spent the whole day at the beach playing in the water. I can get used to this! Forget playing in the sand, now that I know how to swim, that's all I want to do.

A day out with Thomas!

This was the funnest day ever! I not only got to see Thomas the Train but I got to ride on him too! I also met Sir Topham Hatt, jumped in a Thomas bounce train, rode lots of rides, fed baby goats, road a chair lift, got a couple tattoos and dug for gold! It doesn't get any better than this!

Miss Mary Mack

I am a little bookworm! I would be content curling up and reading books all day long if my parents were up to it. Unlike Ezekiel who wants to go outside all the time, I'm a homebody and this is one of my favorite activities. To prolong bedtime, after my parents read to me, I pick out a few books to read to them! I'm really good at making connections and pointing out things in my life that we read about in books. In fact my parents said they would take me to the beach now that Daddy is done with school and I have my mind set on seeing lighthouses. Not just any lighthouses...one on fire and I will get some water from the ocean and put the fire out just like Clifford did in his book! My parents aren't so sure we'll see lighthouses so we'll just have to wait and see.
